General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the provision of services (e.g., software development, app programming, licensing of web applications and startups such as NejatPro, Vibecard, GalaxisLink, SusuMenu) between Majesty Developers (Irenenstraße 66, 40468 Düsseldorf, Germany) and the customer.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer or confirmation of the order.

§ 3 Description of Services and Remuneration

(1) Services are provided according to individual agreement (e.g., development of web/mobile apps with optional AI integration).
(2) Remuneration: Fixed price or hourly rate, plus VAT. Payment terms: 50% advance, remainder upon acceptance.

§ 4 Rights of Use

(1) Source code and rights are transferred to the customer upon full payment (simple license).
(2) For SaaS/web apps: Limited license for the contract period.

§ 5 Acceptance and Warranty

(1) The customer shall inspect and approve the service within 14 days.
(2) Warranty period: 12 months.

§ 6 Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No liability for indirect damages or loss of data.

§ 7 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Düsseldorf (to the extent permitted by law).
